Return and Refund Policy

Service Fees

All diagnostic, repair, and labor fees related to computer repair services are non-refundable once the service has been performed. This includes: diagnostics and troubleshooting, software installation or configuration, virus/malware removal, and hardware repair labor. Additionally, please note that our data recovery services, E-Waste Recycling options, and free recycling initiatives are also subject to these terms. For phone repairs, the same policy applies.

Parts and Hardware Returns

If you purchased parts or hardware from us for your computer repair needs: 


Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened, installed, or damaged parts are not eligible for return, unless defective. 


Defective parts may be exchanged under the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, we offer services like data recovery and free recycling for your old hardware through our E-Waste Recycling program. Don’t forget, we also provide phone repairs to help get your devices back in working order.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: The computer repair service was not performed as agreed. A part sold by us during data recovery is proven to be defective and cannot be replaced. An error occurred in billing. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. We also offer free recycling for E-Waste Recycling and Phone Repairs to help you responsibly dispose of your old devices.

No Refunds on the Following

We do not offer refunds for: 


Completed computer repair services 

Software purchases or licenses 

Data recovery attempts (successful or not) 

Customer-requested upgrades or custom builds 

Damage caused after device pickup 

Devices not collected within 10 days after repair completion. 


Please note that we also provide E-Waste recycling and free recycling options for old devices, but refunds are not applicable for phone repairs or other services.


Warranty on Repairs

We provide a 90-day limited warranty on our computer repair services and replaced parts, which includes coverage for: 


- Defects in workmanship 

- Installed parts (subject to manufacturer warranty) 


Please note that this warranty does not cover: 


- Physical damage 

- Liquid damage 

- Power surges 

- Software issues caused by user actions 

- Third-party repairs 


Additionally, for customers interested in E-Waste recycling, we offer free recycling options. Our services also extend to data recovery and phone

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for: 


Backing up data before any computer repair service, 

Providing accurate device information for effective phone repairs, 

Collecting devices on time for E-Waste recycling. 


We are not liable for data loss unless caused by our proven negligence during data recovery.

Cancellations

Repairs for computer repair and phone repairs that are canceled before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund. However, once work has started, cancellation fees may apply, especially in cases involving data recovery or E-Waste recycling, where free recycling options might also be available.

Refurbished and Used Devices

All refurbished or used devices are sold “as-is”, unless otherwise stated, and may include a limited warranty. For those needing assistance, our computer repair services can help with any issues that arise. Returns are only accepted within 15 days for hardware defects. Additionally, we offer data recovery options and promote E-Waste Recycling, including free recycling for old devices, along with our phone repairs.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available in-store and on our website, including details about our services such as computer repair, data recovery, E-Waste Recycling, free recycling options, and phone repairs.
